     Hi, I’m Ray Northcutt, founder of Three Pillar Land Group. Professionally, I’m a real estate investor, West Point graduate, former Army Engineer officer, and VA loan specialist. My journey into real estate began in 2016 when I discovered the VA loan program. Since then, I’ve invested in properties while serving on active duty, worked as a VA loan originator helping service members and veterans nationwide, and built a life here in Idaho with my family.

     I started Three Pillar Land Group to bring the values of respect, trustworthiness, and integrity into my land investing business. When you work with me, you’re working with someone who values straightforward communication, transparency , and follow-through.

     Outside of business, I’m a husband, father, and owner of a 150-pound Great Dane. I love traveling with my family, skiing, golfing, woodworking, and smoking good barbecue.

     At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to treat every landowner I work with the way I’d want my own family treated — with honesty, fairness, and respect.
